Errata for the 2.2.16 release

• The Windows versions of formatdb 2.2.15 and 2.2.16 produce incorrect index files when used with the -o option; this can be worked around by using the 2.2.14 version.

Errata for the 2.2.13 release

• The -M option for blastall and bl2seq does not work properly for nucleotide searches when using the new engine; this can be worked around by disabling the new engine by adding the '-V T' option to your command line.

Errata for the 2.2.12 release

• Users may encounter problems when using the formatdb -T option on solaris/sparc.

Errata for the 2.2.11 release

• formatrpsdb 2.2.11 does not work properly. A fix will be available shortly; until then, users may continue to use the 2.2.10 version of formatrpsdb.

Errata for the 2.2.10 release

• Query concatenation in blastall does not work properly. This issue is addressed in the December 5 snapshot.
• Due to a compilation error, megablast on amd64 does not produce correct results when using the old engine; this can be worked around by enabling the new engine with -D 2 -V F. This issue is addressed in the November 21 snapshot.
